Return Policy
At Rich Custom Jewelry we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.
Return Conditions
Purchased in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in like-new condition.
Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, Finished Custom Work and Special Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please note that deposits placed on custom work are also final.
Cancellations & Layaways
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel a custom project before work has started, the full deposit may be placed on a credit memo for future work or items. If you choose to cancel after work has begun, you will be charged a 20% fee, and the remainder of the deposit shall be placed on a credit memo. If you wish to cancel a layaway, the deposit, less a 20% restocking fee, may be placed on a credit memo for future work or items.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. For example, card payments will be refunded directly to the original card used at the time of purchase.
Returning Your Purchase
